Custom Grillz in Osaka — Miss Grillz
Miss Grillz is an appointment-only custom grillz studio in Minamisenba, near Shinsaibashi, Osaka. Every set is made to order from your own dental impression by a licensed dental technician. This page is a short English guide to the studio. To book or ask questions, please send us a message (Instagram DM or the contact form).
Rush option — add 20% of the grillz price for delivery in about 3–5 days. Timing depends on the metal and design, so please inquire first.
No shipping — pick-up is at our studio only, by appointment. Your first order starts with an in-person impression.
Repeat orders — we keep your dental impression for 6 months after delivery. Within that time you can order again without visiting for a new impression: pay online, then pick up at the studio.

- Dental impression
- You take the impression yourself at the studio. Our dental technician explains the procedure and supports you in person. Included in the price.
- Repeat orders
- Your impression is kept for 6 months after delivery. For an additional order within that period, no new impression visit is needed. Message us, pay online, and pick up at the studio. After 6 months, a new impression is required.
- Payment
- Paid in full in advance. At the studio: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express; contactless accepted), PayPay, or cash. Repeat orders within the 6-month period: online card payment (Square). Production starts once payment is confirmed.
- How to book
- By message: Instagram DM or the contact form. We reply within 24 hours.
- Returns
- Because each set is custom-made, change-of-mind returns, exchanges and cancellations are not accepted. Defects caused by us are repaired or remade free of charge (report within 5 days of pick-up).

How it works
- Inquire — send us your design idea, number of teeth and metal via the contact form or Instagram DM.
- Quote and design — we reply within 24 hours and refine the design with you.
- Visit and impression — come to the studio at your appointment. You take the impression; we guide you.
- Payment and production — full payment in advance at the studio (online for repeat orders); production starts once confirmed. About 2–4 weeks (rush: about 3–5 days).
- Pick-up — we contact you when it is ready; you collect it at the studio.
Repeat order? Within 6 months of delivery, just message us: no new impression visit is needed. You pay online and collect your order at the studio.
